Refund Policy

7-day refund

If full access is not what you expected, ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase and we will refund the full $29, provided you have not opened a timed mock exam. Mock exams are the core of the paid product; once one has been started, the purchase is final.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address used at checkout, with your receipt number. Refunds are issued by our merchant of record to the original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

Not covered

• Requests after 7 days, or after a mock exam has been opened.
• Failing the real exam. Practice results are estimates and do not guarantee a pass.
• Codes that were shared or used on more than two browsers.

Errors on our side

If the service is unavailable for more than 48 hours during your access period, or a billing error occurs, we refund or extend access regardless of the 7-day window.
