1. What ExamWeight is

ExamWeight is an independent study tool for the Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam (PTCE). It offers practice questions, timed mock exams and study material. PTCB®, PTCE® and CPhT® are trademarks of the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board. ExamWeight is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by PTCB, and nothing here is an official exam question or an official statement of exam content.

2. Free use

The free practice test is available without an account, subject to a daily question limit. You may not scrape, copy or redistribute questions.

3. Full access

Full access is a one-time purchase of $29 that unlocks the complete question bank, mock exams and drills for 90 days from purchase, on up to two browsers, for your personal, non-commercial exam preparation. Access is delivered as a code; keep it private. Sharing a code, or using it on behalf of a school, employer or group, ends the license.

4. Payments and the seller of record

Payments are processed by our merchant of record (named on the checkout page and your receipt), which is the seller of record for the transaction, collects any applicable taxes, and handles payment disputes under its own terms. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. No guarantee of results

Practice scores, including the estimated scaled score shown after a mock exam, are estimates for study purposes only. They do not predict or guarantee your result on the real exam. You are responsible for verifying exam requirements, dates and fees with PTCB.

6. Accuracy

Questions are written and reviewed against the current official PTCE content outline and established US pharmacy practice and federal law. Pharmacy practice and regulations change; we correct errors when they are reported but do not warrant that every item is free of error. If you find a mistake, tell us and we will fix it.

7. Intellectual property

All questions, explanations, software and design are owned by ExamWeight and protected by copyright. You receive a limited, revocable license to use them for your own study. No other rights are granted.

8. Acceptable use

• No automated access, scraping, bulk downloading or reselling of content.
• No attempts to bypass the access code, daily limit or other technical controls.
• No use that violates law or the rights of others.

9. Termination

We may end access for breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time; fees already paid are subject to the Refund Policy.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExamWeight is provided "as is" and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for full access in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including exam fees or lost income.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
